Amy NelsonFounder, President, CEOamynelson@accuratehomecare.com Amy has been involved the medical field since 1999. She first became interested in pursuing this career after volunteering in the Emergency Room at Methodist Hospital, in St. Louis Park, MN. She soon discovered the home care world and saw this as her calling. Amy's mission to treat all with respect and care on a personal level thrives throughout the organization today. She remains a vital part of Accurate Home Care and is involved on a daily basis. She oversees all aspects of the company, including marketing, employee relations, client relations, human resources, financial overview and much more. Amy has grown this company to over 650 clients across the state of Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa. |

Carol CantleberryDirector of Nursingcarolcantleberry@accuratehomecare.com Carol joined Accurate Home Care in 2003. Carol began her career in healthcare in 1989 working as a nursing assistant, becoming an LPN in 1991 and then continuing her education to become an RN. She then joined Accurate Home Care as a field professional nurse, becoming a Private Duty Nursing Case Manager in 2005 and was promoted to her current position of Director of Nursing in 2007. Carol feels it's her obligation and mission to the community to ensure clinical, safety and quality standards in the home care setting. She achieves this by providing leadership and supervision to private duty nursing case managers, field professional nurses and medical staffing coordinators at Accurate Home Care.

Jackie IrwinManager of Client Servicesjackieirwin@accuratehomecare.com Jackie has been with Accurate Home Care since July 2005. In her current position, Jackie oversees all initial contact with referrals and clients. This includes client paperwork, client medical records, and coordinating services for clients. She also manages business development by contacting new and existing referral sources in an effort to expand our commitment to enhance the quality of life for those that benefit from our services in the community thus carrying out the Accurate Home Care mission of providing quality professional care.

| | Mike BienControllerMike joined Accurate Home Care in April 2009. His career has included several top financial management positions with both large and small companies in the Twin Cities area, including involvement in corporate financing, acquisitions, and strategic planning. He is a CPA (inactive) who started his career in public accounting and has worked in both service and manufacturing organizations. His most recent positions were with companies involved in world-wide distribution of medical devices and ergonomic equipment, which enhanced the quality of life for people at home and in the workplace. Mike is excited to be with a company that provides a high level of personal service to needy clients, which allows them to realize a comfortable lifestyle at home, rather than in an institutional setting. At Accurate Home Care, Mike oversees all financial and IT aspects of the business and is also involved with insurance and general corporate administrative functions. He is thrilled to be a part of a high growth company that has improved the lives of its clients while maintaining a dynamic environment for its employees. |
Michelle RuesinkManager, Human Resourcesmichelleruesink@accuratehomecare.com Michelle joined Accurate Home Care in December of 2009. In 2000 Michelle began her career in home health care as a Staffing Coordinator, ensuring that client needs were met through deployment of agency field staff. Michelle wore a few hats in the staffing realm, eventually becoming a Human Resources Manager in 2005. Michelle currently oversees the Staffing and Employee Relations operations for Accurate Home Care. She ensures that employees receive positive, fair and career-oriented experiences as employees of Accurate Home Care. She remains dedicated to working in the home health care field where she feels she can contribute her skills to an industry that truly helps those who are in need of personal services in order to remain in their own homes. Michelle obtained her Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Johna Nelson Manager, Billing and Accounts Receivable johnanelson@accuratehomecare.com Johna has 10 years of home care business operational experience. Her mission is to help ensure that clients are receiving safe and healthy care in the comforts of their homes. This is done by accurately tracking and billing the services they receive. By doing so, this allows the clients to utilize all services that they are authorized for through various payer sources. Johna joined the management team of Accurate Home Care in 2010 when Accurate purchased her company. Johna oversees the Billing and Accounts Receivable Department. Her experience has helped her to coordinate and implement a number of processes that contribute to the financial strength of Accurate Home Care.
