Accurate Home Care is the largest home health care provider in Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa.  We are licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health as a Class A licensed home care company and Medicare certified in Illinois and Iowa. We specialize in serving the complex medical needs of our clients with 24 hours-per-day, 7 days-per-week Private Duty Nursing, Personal Care Assistant and waivered services.  We accept most major insurances, private pay and Medicaid.
